Our friendly on-site managers are available during standard business hours to assist with rentals, payments, or questions:
  • Monday – Friday: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
  • Saturday: 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM If you need assistance after hours, you can contact us through our website or leave a message and we’ll respond the next business day.

What are the access hours for each facility?

We know flexibility matters, so each Secure Space Storage location offers convenient access tailored to the community it serves:
  • Farmington: 5:00 AM – 10:00 PM
  • Fayetteville: 24-hour gate access, 7 days a week
  • Springdale: 6:00 AM – 10:00 PM
  • Little Rock: 5:00 AM – 10:00 PM All gates are computer-controlled, allowing tenants to access their storage units safely and securely using a personalized code.

Do I have to commit to a long-term storage contract?

No long-term commitment is required! Secure Space Storage offers month-to-month rental agreements so you can store your belongings for as little or as long as you need. Whether you’re moving, renovating, or need extra space for business inventory, our flexible plans make storage easy and affordable.

How can I pay my storage bill?

Paying your bill is simple and secure. You can:
  • Pay online through our tenant portal using a debit or credit card
  • Set up automatic monthly payments for convenience
  • Pay in person during office hours
We recommend enabling autopay to avoid late fees and ensure uninterrupted access to your storage unit.

What documentation is required to rent a storage unit?

To rent a unit, you’ll need to present a valid, government-issued photo ID, such as a driver’s license, passport, or state ID card. Business customers may also provide proof of business ownership if applicable.

What items are prohibited from storage?

For safety and regulatory reasons, the following items are not permitted inside storage units:
