Special Terms and Conditions
Private Property Coverage: To use your own Personal Property Insurance, provide our office with sufficient proof of insurance, such as the copy of your current Declaration’s Page, from your insurance policy. If the "no coverage" option is selected during the on-line move-in process, a copy of your Declarations Page must be presented to our office.
Autopay Terms: The account owner should authorize Secure Space Storage to charge/debit any amounts due per the terms of the lease agreement for each period during the term of occupancy or until the account holder cancels the authorization in writing. A $75 security deposit will be charged if autopay is canceled or never authorized.
The start date for an online rental can only be set for the day the rental is completed. If a future start date is preferred please call our office and we would be happy to accommodate you.
Online rentals processed on Sunday or major holiday can not be completed until the next business day. No access to the unit is given until then.
Reservations are limited to 2 days from today’s date.
If a future start date is preferred please call our office. If no immediate response is made to our follow-up communication, your reservation will be invalidated.
After completing the move-in process, please visit our office to present your ID. Afterward, you will have 24/7 hour access to your unit.
